Call Recording

This feature is available only to those that have subscribed to this feature. A user can record calls that are made or received at their telephone.

The record feature can be enabled to record call all of the time or only when the user selects for the call to be recorded.  See you system administrator to determine if you are subscribed to this feature and if so which recording mode is enabled for your telephone.

If you have the ability to select when to record a call you activate and de-activate the feature as follows:

During a call in progress

  • Dial *1 to start call recording
  • Dial *1 again to stop call recording.

Recordings are accessed though web account access. See your administrator for details.
